World famous make-up artist Luis Soto will be at Leigh’s May 8 & 9, 2008 transforming Leigh’s customers during our Laura Mercier Makeover event. Luis is based in New York city and travels the world educating women on makeup style and technique. There will also be a Laura Mercier gift with purchase (supplies are limited) for makeover recipients.
